Will is the Pastor of Ridgeway Community Church Didcot, he loves being a husband to Sarah and Dad to Grace.

As well as careers in Facilities Management and Social Services. Will has previously pastored a church in South Africa, completed an internship in America, and has served as a Youth Leader, Small Group Leader, Children’s Worker and travelling Preacher in Churches around the UK. So you could say he’s somewhat of a Christian Journeyman!

He trained at Moorlands Bible College and recently completed his Masters in Theology at Union School of Theology, South Wales.

He’s wholeheartedly committed to the pursuit of Ridgeway being an Acts 2:42 church, with Acts 2:43-47 results.

He’s a passionate Welshman, sports fan, gym-goer, movie watcher, book reader and a big lover of food!

Sarah had a long career in Media and primarily BBC News as a Reporter and journalist. She now works for Open Doors UK, serves the church in multiple ways, and enjoys daily adventures with little Grace!
