Ridgeway Community Church started life in 1973 with a vision to be a radical, Biblical and Spirit-led church. We still hold to that vision today. Initially known as Dorchester Christian Fellowship, the church met at numerous locations in the area before purchasing and renovating the premises on St Mary’s Street, Wallingford in 1999.

After much prayer, a committed team established a second congregation in Didcot in 2008. We continue to work as one church with two congregations and remain in faith that the Lord will allow us to reach out to new communities in the near future.

Ridgeway is a welcoming and diverse church, consisting of people of different ages, races, cultures and past experiences. We are evangelical in our conviction, charismatic in our practice and missional in our ministry.

Ridgeway is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and Kinetic Network and seeks, where possible, to work with other churches and ministries both locally and further afield.
